Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your goods quickly and cost effectively. Our dispatch team will reach out to you after order placement and will ensure your order details are correct and an approximate shipping time based on the product availability.

Returns

REPLACEMENT

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at returns@byenye.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will reach out to you and provide necessary assistance with returning the product.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 7 days of your order’s purchase date. After 7 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS

We only accept the return of orders that are unused and within 7 days of their delivery.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
